Withdrawal
Students who do not intend to continue their studies can apply to withdraw from their studies at any time. Withdrawal is an irrevocable formal act through which students can decide to end their university career. The student withdrawing from University is not required to pay fees and contributions of which he may be in debt.
Students who intend to withdraw from their university career must complete, sign and apply a 16Euro duty stamp on a specific withdrawal form to be presented at the Student Administration Office of their Department.
Withdrawal determines the loss of the student status and extinguishes the career, without prejudice to the acquired credits.
Loss of student status
Students who do not take exams for eight consecutive academic years will lose the status of university student and will be unable to continue their University studies.
Suspension
The request, duly documented, to suspend studies can be presented to the competent Student Administration Office, within the deadline for enrolment - for a maximum duration equal to the normal duration of the course of study - to attend other university level study courses (in Italy and abroad), for serious personal, family or health reasons. To resume suspended studies, you can request reactivation. Any University Credits acquired during the suspension may be assessed, to be recognised, by the competent Student Administration Office, after consulting the Degree Course Council.

Incoming transfers, submission terms and conditions
The procedure for incoming transfers or changeover to a different degree programme of the University varies according to the type of study programme:
Open access programmes: The application must be submitted exclusively online at the following address https://esse3.cressi.unicampania.it/Home.do, as required for enrolment applications.
The student is required to pay a fee of € 100.00, to be paid using the specific PagoPa notice generated by the procedure when registering online.
Programmes with set number: The application must be submitted exclusively in compliance with the terms and conditions laid down in the specific calls. The student is required to pay a fee of € 100.00, to be paid using the specific PagoPa notice, only upon actual transfer to the University, and not upon presentation of the transfer application.
Outgoing transfers, submission terms and conditions
Applications for outgoing transfers to Study Courses of other Universities must be submitted to the specific Student Office, from 1 September to 30 September, unless extended, provided that enrolments are open at the University of destination.
The student is required to verify the existence of restrictions, and get the clearance from the chosen University. The student who submits an outgoing request is not required to renew the enrolment for the academic year for which the transfer request has been made.
The student is required to pay a fee of € 100.00, to be paid using the specific PagoPa notice generated by the procedure.
Validation of previous career
The Degree Programme Boards decide on the validation of credits in cases of transfer from another university, transfer to another course of study or execution of parts of training activities in another Italian or foreign university.
The Board also make decisions on the recognition of the career of students who have already completed their educational qualifications at this University or at another Italian university and who request, at enrolment, the recognition of training credits.
In specific cases, the Regulations of the didactic structures may subordinate the acceptance of a transfer application to a pre-determined admission test. Any credits obtained but not recognized for the achievement of the degree are registered in the academic career of the interested party.
If the student is transferring between degree courses belonging to the same class, the credits relating to the same scientific sector directly recognized to the student cannot be less than 50% of those already acquired.
Enrolment in the years following the first, after the recognition of University Credits, is referred to the didactic regulations of the specific programme; the student who transfers to the Vanvitelli University cannot in turn transfer to another University before an academic year has passed.
On proposal of the competent educational structure, a specific competition notice is issued for transfers to years following the first in programmes with set number, should there be additional seats available.
The knowledge and professional skills acquired and certified in accordance with current legislation on the subject can be recognized in terms of credits, to the extent established by the didactic regulations of the study courses and according to predetermined criteria.
Each Department or School, in consideration of the peculiarity of each study course (first and second cycle degrees), identifies specific criteria on the basis of which to recognize credits to knowledge and professional skills acquired as mentioned above, without prejudice to the restrictions placed on the subject by the current legislation.
The knowledge and professional skills acquired at university level, without being enrolled in a University course, will in no case allow the recognition of University Credits even if belonging to disciplines associated with Scientific Disciplinary Sectors (SSD) present among the basic activities and characterizing the teaching systems of study courses (first and second cycle degrees) of the Vanvitelli University.

• Notice - Further postponement of ranking publication
• Notice - Postponement of ranking publication

Graduates of the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli, who have already joined Garanzia Giovani, can take advantage of a specialised orientation service - promoted by FIxO YEI available at the Student Activities Office.
The service consists in taking part in a series of meetings aimed better understanding your attitudes and personal motivations and building a professional project together.
This is a great opportunity to retrace the history of training and work, think over your personal experience and plan any changes or future progress. The purpose is to increase awareness of skills and potential, to have greater autonomy and improve the active search for work.
During the meetings, personal resources (characteristics, skills, interests, values, etc.) and the context in which they are inserted (family, environmental) will be evaluated in order to undertake an educational or working path together.
At the end, the advisor will have more tools available to understand whether to recommend training or a new job.

RESOLUTION OF RECURRENT PROBLEMS
The user intends to register with the University web services but the message "User already registered" appears
The data is already present in the University database for previous enrolments in University courses or previous online procedures for admission to competitions announced by the University. In this case, the credentials already assigned must be used to access the University's web services. If the user does not remember them, he/she must contact the competent Student Office, for their recovery/regeneration
The user intends to register with the University web services but the system displays a wrong tax code
The procedure automatically calculates the tax code based on the personal data entered. Most likely, the user has made a mistake in entering "city of residence" in the "city of birth" field. The user can proceed with the correction of the data.
The user, once logged in to the University's web services, intends to access the enrolment procedure but the following message appears "A pre-enrolment is already present ..."
The user has already registered (in the current or in a previous academic year) an unfinished pre-enrolment application. In order to proceed with a new enrolment, it is necessary to contact the Student Office, to eliminate the previous application.
The user intends to access the enrolment procedure, but the following message appears "There are no study courses open for enrolment"
The user has a previous university career at the University that is not closed; therefore, even if not enrolled in the current academic, he/she cannot request a new matriculation. It is therefore necessary to claim the registration of the closing of the previous career from the Student Office. Subsequently, the user will be able to register a new matriculation;
