The person involved has the right to:
- Request the Data Controller for access to the Data, for deletion, correction of inaccurate data, integration of incomplete Data, as well as for the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by article 18 of the GDPR;
- Oppose, at any time, in whole or in part, the processing of data except for what is provided for with regard to the necessity and obligation of data processing in order to use the services offered;
- Receive data in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device as well as, if technically feasible, transmit data to another Owner without impediments, if the conditions exist for exercising the portability right pursuant to article 20 of the GDPR;
- Revoke the consent given at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

9. Right of Complaint
The interested party who believes that the processing of personal data carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the European Regulation 2016/679 has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, pursuant to art. 77 of the above Regulation.
